She is Principal of Tara Saylor & Company, joined by professors Ryan Saylor (Univ. of Tulsa) and Camille Bryant (Johns Hopkins Univ.). All three consultants have PhDs from the University of Virginia. Dr. Saylor specializes in Legal Aid evaluations and has more than six years evaluating TIG grants.
