Holly Stevens, Ph.D., is the Director of Evaluation and Learning at Children’s Law Center, a non-profit legal services organization in Washington, DC. At CLC, Holly conducts program evaluations and research projects to improve CLC’s services and build a data-informed culture of decision making. Much of her current work focuses on medical-legal partnerships. She leads on an industry-leading study partnering with managed care organizations exploring the impact of medical-legal partnership services on healthcare cost and health outcomes. In addition to these responsibilities, Holly leads initiatives to improve data processes and systems with the goal of increasing data-use and improving client outcomes. Holly serves as a resource to the legal services community and the medical-legal partnership community for developing outcome-driven programs. Prior to joining CLC, Holly served as an Assistant Research Professor at George Mason University where she directed evaluations of several state and county public defender offices. She received her PhD in Criminology, Law and Society from George Mason University.
