As a trained social science researcher and evaluator, Kelly Shaw-Sutherland has spent the past 14 years working collaboratively with people across multiple disciplines and professional backgrounds on a wide array of research and evaluation endeavors. Joining Legal Aid of Nebraska in 2015, she has spent the last 4 years using her collective skillset to build more efficient and effective processes and systems across the organization. She is also one of the co-founders of the Evaluation Feedback Project, a project designed to connect Legal Aid organizations with 1-3 evaluators from within and outside the Legal Aid community to provide valuable feedback on evaluation tools (e.g. surveys, evaluation plans, interview tools, evaluation designs, etc.) (check the EFP out at https://a2jlab.org/resources/evaluation-feedback-project/).
