Kimberly is co-founder of Catalyst Law LLC, a women-owned law firm and certified B Corporation based in Portland, Oregon. She serves as the Board President of The Commons Law Center, a non-profit law firm launched in 2016 to revolutionize access to basic legal services, education, and support for under-served Oregonians.

With an interdisciplinary background in law, business, and nonprofits, combined with an advanced degree in taxation, Kimberly’s law practice spans the firm’s core practice areas of business, trusts & estates, and tax-exempt organizations. Previously she worked in the non-profit sector, then pursued a legal career with the goal of working with clients as a force for good.

Kimberly has an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington, a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law, and a B.S. in Environmental Science from Brown University. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Oregon.
