John Jefferson is a Programs Manager with the Tennessee Administrative Office of the Courts, where he staffs the Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission including processing applications, renewals, trainings, grievances, and Continuing Mediation Education accreditation forms. John also administers the allocation and distribution of funds for the Federal Access and Visitation (A&V) grant. Prior to joining the AOC, John worked for an Arlington, VA based software startup and General Dynamics C4 Systems. John graduated from the Belmont University College of Law and earned an MBA from Lipscomb University.
