Legal aid organizations are continuously taking on projects to improve legal services delivery. Without a project manager, many organizations require their staff to wear many different hats to achieve project completion. As projects become increasingly complex and collaborative, “Project Manager” is becoming a necessary hat for any collection. Panelists will focus on tools and practical advice to help attendees successfully manage multiple projects with a small staff.
