When you're seeking to help a self-represented litigant with a legal problem, we all know that it's not enough to just throw information about the law onto a website—even if it’s plain language and at the right reading level. We need to make sure that it's helpful and actionable. But of course, that's easier said than done. How do you get that legal information out of regulations and lawyers' heads and onto a website?
