Justice Connect is a legal service charity in Australia that has recently reached a key milestone in their Gateway Project delivering:
- a highly intuitive and intelligent intake system
- a system for sector peers to refer help seekers to Justice Connect
- a pro bono portal that has been adopted by 50 law firms
This presentation will share what they've learned from implementing this long-term project on how to integrate human-centered design (HCD) culturally and practically into traditional organizations. They will also share key findings from a formal evaluation of their intake tool, and early findings from other components.
