Does your current information management system address the needs of management, staff, and clients? Has it streamlined and improved your business and document management processes? This session is for anyone seeking to change their information management structure and business processes or interested in key success factors and lessons learned during South Carolina Legal Services’s (SCLS) successful implementation. Assessing organizational needs and committing to change what is not working can be challenging. SCLS used its strategic planning process to look at the use of technology and its capability to address organizational needs including: business processes, provision of client services, and document management challenges. With management leading the way, SCLS implemented its SharePoint Online Intranet. This session will show how the Information Management Intranet is changing the way SCLS works, enhancing and improving the delivery of client services, collaboration and productivity of staff, and the automation of business processes and workflows.
