This session will highlight how legal services providers are using technology assessments to improve their technology infrastructure and management. The session will provide an overview of technology assessments, looking at the issues commonly encountered as well as some unique challenges and how they can be addressed. Additionally, this session will review factors that should be included in technology assessments and road maps including technology planning goals, staff's technology needs, and how these needs can best be addressed with the available resources.
